Return and refund policy

Overview

As our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size, color, or buyer's remorse. However, if your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged product or one with a manufacturing error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will offer a free replacement or a full refund. To process your request, we require:

  • A clear photo showing the issue.
  • For multiple items with the same issue, an additional photo or video showing all affected items together.

There is no need to return the damaged product.

Reporting an Issue

To report a problem:

  1. Contact us through our customer support channel.
  2. Provide your order ID and the required photo evidence.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that we cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Items ordered in the wrong size or color.
  • Items returned due to incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • Minor variations in print placement (up to 0.5" for DTG products).
